Dannon Garth Stormwater Wetland Retrofit

Howard County, MD Envirens provided value engineering for redesign and installation of plantings on a wetland bench within an existing storm water management pond. While the pond was drawn down for maintenance dredging, a previously failed wetland perimeter was renovated and replanted to provide the nutrient assimilation benefits of wetland vegetation.

Cross Keys Village Wildflower Meadow Installation

York County, PA Envirens provided design and installation of a native grassland/wildflower conversion from turf for the retirement village at Cross Keys in Pennsylvania’s Piedmont province/ Western York County.

PNC Bank Timonium Branch Meadow & Rain Garden Installation

Baltimore County, MD As a component of Baltimore County’s MS4 permit requirements, PNC Bank retained Envirens for stormwater retrofit design and installation. This project included construction of a small stilling basin and conversion of two acres of turf to a native grassland/wildflower meadow.
