On Maryland’s highest elevation within the Allegheny Plateau (Garrett County), Envirens provided surveys and mapping for endangered plants and animals and wetland delineation as a constraints analysis to avoid sensitive environmental features and aid in sighting wind turbine foundation pads and the associated access and maintenance roadway.
