Perelman Park

Envirens provided total site planning, design and construction monitoring on this project which converted and remediated a 3-acre industrial paper mill to a passive recreational park and environmental education center on the Conestoga River floodplain.  The streambank was stabilized and an emergent wetland, riparian forested buffer, and wildflower meadow were created and planted along with exotic invasive vegetation removed.  A non-erosive and geomorphically stable canoe ramp was also designed and built.
